Acquisition of Finance ReDirect

Access Insurance Services is pleased to announce it has signed a contract to acquire the business of Finance ReDirect Limited from the 1st Feb 2017.

The company is based in Bedford and was formed in 1999 as specialist broker advising charities, non-profit and community groups. Since then they have gained a reputation as experts in their specialist areas. This strategic acquisition builds on our existing strength in advising community and non-profit groups and forms part of our ‘2025’ growth plan; to reach £20m premium income by 2025.

The purchase gives us the opportunity to grow our presence within our specialist areas in East Anglia and the Midlands. The existing team will continue to service their clients and Steve Moore ACII has been appointed as Branch Manager to manage the team and grow the business.
