We are a business built on social enterprise principles and values. Our culture embodies generosity in serving and giving to charitable causes. One of our key motivations for growth is to positively impact the sector through philanthropy.

Investing in great causes
Back in 2009, Access committed to act as a socially responsible organisation and significantly contribute to various charities and worthy causes each year. Social enterprise is embedded deep in our company culture. Staff are encouraged to volunteer and fundraise for local charities and causes. Some of our team hold trustee positions, regular voluntary roles or get involved in charity days.
