Operations Director

Steve joined Access Insurance in 2003, having previously worked for a high street broker. As our focus moved to clients in specialist areas he led the way in designing our processes, ensuring these would serve our clients well.

Steve holds the position of Operations Director, managing company operations with responsibility for the implementation of our strategy and business plan whilst also managing the internal IT, communications infrastructure and client teams.

Outside of work Steve enjoys family time, travel, films, music, reading and keeping fit by running and especially cycling. Steve commutes by bike all year round, organises weekly company rides into the Surrey and Kent hills and has participated in several endurance rides for
