New Motor Policy Designed For Charity & Church Vehicles
Charities and churches are often surprised at the difficulty in finding suitable insurance when their organisation purchases a vehicle.
Many of the comparison sites are unable to provide insurance for a vehicle owned by an organisation or struggle to understand that an ‘any driver’ policy is required.
Though there are some solutions for minibuses, many churches and charities have struggled to find suitable insurance for their van or car. Often when seeking insurance, these organisations find they are treated as commercial businesses; an approach which fails to understand the use of the vehicle and its associated risks.
We are pleased to announce that we recently partnered with First Underwriting, a motor insurance specialist insurer, to offer a scheme for charity and church-owned vehicles. The policy has been designed specifically for vehicles used by non-profit organisations where a variety of staff and volunteers could drive the vehicle.
Whether your organisation has a van used for furniture collections, a pool vehicle used by staff and volunteers or a minibus which transports service users, the scheme we have arranged can help.
