Access Becomes a Living Wage Employer

We are delighted to announce our accreditation as a Living Wage Employer. As a business trading on ethical and social principles, we want to ensure that all staff members receive a ‘living wage’.

The Living Wage rates of pay are set by the Living Wage Foundation and are significantly higher than the statutory minimum wage set by the Government.

Responsible businesses across the UK are voluntarily signing up to pay the real Living Wage now. The real Living Wage rate is annually calculated to reflect the real costs of living.
