There are a range of issues to be understood when buying D&O cover and a number of factors to consider. Our whitepaper covers:
- Who is classed as a ‘director’ or ‘officer’?
- The risks to individual directors and organisations
- Who can bring a claim against you?
- Types of claims Types of D&O cover
- Key exclusions/clauses to be aware of
